MusicFest Vancouver
A huge thank you to all who supported our Reprise fundraising concerts on September 23rd which raised $8,000 for MusicFest Vancouver. Christ Church Cathedral resounded with jazz, world, and classical music thanks to the generosity of festival faourites Cory Weeds, sax; Miles Black, piano; Jesse Cahill, drums; Rene Worst, bass; vocalist Jennifer Scott; harpist Lori Pappajohn and the Winterharp Ensemble; Elektra Women's Choir; guitarist Daniel Bolshoy; cellist Ariel Barnes and the Borealis String Quartet. Our fabulous volunteers were there welcoming the audience members for the three shows. MusicFest Vancouver would especially like to acknowledge the enthusiastic support from the clergy, staff, and trustees of Christ Church Cathedral.
